Not everyone can go back and identify the exact moment or event that led us to the path we are on today. I can. When I was 6 years old my mother allowed me to stay up until midnight on New Year’s Eve. I was watching one of the New Year’s Eve programs and they brought the camera to Walt Disney World® and showed the guests enjoying the park. I decided right then and there that I wanted to be in Walt Disney World® for New Year’s Eve and decided that the 1999/2000 New Year’s eve would be perfect. At the time that seemed a long way away.
Fast forward to the year 1999. I had a new job and even had special authorization to take that week off. I was working in the financial industry and taking off the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day was not permitted but I arranged that as part of my hiring. As the month got closer to this trip, I could not find anyone to go with me. None of my friends and family wanted to go. I had a big decision to make. My aunt lived in Zephyr Hills and I could stay with her. I decided to go by myself. I drove to FL from MA. I left my house at 8:00 PM Christmas night to start the 2100 mile journey.

This was a monumental decision as I realized several things. One, I am responsible for making my dreams come true. Two, I have the ability to do anything I put my mind to. Three, vacationing by myself was a lot of fun and I met a lot of great people. That decision is directly responsible for me being a co-owner of this amazing agency.
I have been to Walt Disney World® more than 30 times, Disneyland® 4 times (with another trip planned in late 2020) and Disney Cruise Line 2 times. I have been to Universal Studios Orlando numerous times and Universal Studios Hollywood once. Sea World is another one of my favorites. I have been to Sea World more than 15 times, Discovery Cove 3 times, Busch Gardens (Tampa) once.
My travel is starting to diversify. In 2007, I did go to India for the job I had at the time but since have been able to use my passport to go to the Bahamas, Jamaica, Grand Cayman, & Cozumel, Mexico. I have been to Las Vegas twice and have another trip planned there in April 2020. Along with Disney Cruise Line, I have enjoyed sailing Norwegian Cruise Lines and will be sailing Royal Caribbean in fall of 2020. It is fun to actually be cashing in those airline points and getting free flights because I am flying so often. I have so many more destinations to visit to I can help our clients and our agents to be able to provide the best vacation possible.

I have not always done things in the normal time that people do them. I got my bachelor’s degree at the ripe old age of 42. I got my master’s degree at the even riper old age of 49. I joke about my age but really am not bothered by it.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree from Lesley University in Business Management and a Master’s Degree from Capella University in Leadership. Both of these degrees have been very helpful in opening this agency. April Botta and I have very strong beliefs about being able to provide opportunities. We enjoy developing our agents and creating a family atmosphere for our agents and our clients.
In developing our agents, it is important that we are as knowledgeable as possible about the products we provide our clients. We go through the same training as our clients. I personally am a specialist in the following:
