Cava del Tequila in the Mexico Pavilion in Epcot serves a number of great drinks. In October I tried The Cucumber. It's Arette blanco tequila, fresh cucumber and lime juice, orange liqueur, agave with a Tajin chile-lime powder rim. The powder was fantastic! I was afraid it would be spicy but it wasn't, it was just very flavorful.
Margarita's have become one of my favorite drinks. A few years ago I found a great recipe for a fresh strawberry margarita so I frequently make that over the summer. It's refreshing and delicious! Do you have a great margarita recipe?
