Carousel Of Progress
True Disney World fans, hold this attraction to their heart because it was originally used in the 1964 New York World's Fair. This attraction shows us the progress of technology advances and brings us hope for the future.
Carousel of Progress has different scenes that take guests through different periods into different decades starting from the 1900s through 1940. The final 21st century scene guests felt was outdated, therefore Disney has now updated the characters with new clothes! The narrator John, now has a sweater with poinsettia's on it. John's hair is also darker, and has a green apron! Sarah, John's wife also got a new look sporting a gray sweater instead of her red one along with a new hair style! James- the son has new reindeer slippers! Honestly, I'd rock a pair of those at home! Grandma- is now in a brown sweater! Finally, Patricia has on a new sweatshirt that says "Progress tech".
