Heather was awesome to work with. I told what we were wanting and she ran with it. She gave us options and answered all of my questions. Then set it all up and got us the best price. She also followed up to make sure we had everything in order and didn’t miss anything important before we left for our cruise. This was really helpful when I was having trouble getting checked in online and she was able to help me out. I will definitely call Heather for our next trip!

Hey, I’m Heather
I’m originally a coastal girl from Washington State’s Olympic Peninsula, I now call Petal, Mississippi home.
My passion for travel planning is rooted in a lifelong philosophy: always take the trip, choose experiences over things, and focus on the details. With a background in psychology and a natural love for organizing, I treat every vacation I plan as if it were for my own family. I live for the logistics—managing reservations, maximizing itineraries, and finding the best rates—so you can skip the stress and focus entirely on making memories.
My Travel Specialties & Expertise:
- Theme Parks: I am a true Disney World and Universal Orlando fan (with over 30 combined visits!). From closing down the parks to navigating Epcot’s Food & Wine Festival, I know exactly how to build the perfect, seamless itinerary.
- Military Travel Deals: With a deep personal understanding of the military lifestyle, I consider it a privilege to help military families maximize their exclusive discounts and rates for theme parks, cruises, and resorts.
- Coastal & Bucket-List Getaways: My love for travel has taken me on adventures all along the West Coast, East Coast, and the Florida Panhandle, as well as incredible bucket-list trips to Alaska, Antigua, Ireland, San Juan, and St. Croix.
When I’m not building custom travel itineraries and websites for my clients, you can find me listening to live music, cooking, enjoying the outdoors, spending time with friends & family, and, of course, traveling!
As a Leisure Travel Planner and Certified Cruise Counsellor with Coasters & Castles Travel, I am a lifetime learner who stays on top of the latest industry training. I can’t wait to use my knowledge, resources, and connections to design a personalized vacation just for you. Let’s start planning!

What My Travelers Say
This was our second time booking with Heather and she was even more amazing this time than the first trip! We needed a last minute reservation for personal reasons and she went above and beyond to get us exactly what we needed and MORE! She took the time to ensure everything was set right for our needs and ours autistic son’s needs. She was even able to get the resort to price match/get military discount for us so we were able to get the better room for our son. She kept in touch with us throughout the entire trip and helped me figure out the military epic preview pass so we could go to epic during our time there. We ran into a hiccup on universals side and she tried everything in her power to help us get it figured out even though it wasn’t anything on her she still stepped up. We will 100% use her for every family vacation or weekend getaway we go on.
Heather was an absolute joy to work with. This was our 1st trip to Europe and celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. She was very patient with our indecision and made sure that we were happy with every aspect of the itinerary. It was the perfect blend of cost consideration and accommodations worthy of the occasion. It is a trip that my wife and I will remember for the rest of our life and Heather was a big part of making it so memorable.
