Where do I begin?! From helping us select the perfect cabin and sharing her knowledge of the ship, to recommendations for the itinerary, activities, and even dressing up, Heather made our first Disney Cruise experience one I will always remember.

I work a pretty hectic schedule, so planning a trip can feel like a lot of work. This time around, Heather took so much of that stress off my plate. I honestly felt like I just paid, showed up, and was ready to have fun! Check-in was smooth, and before I knew it, we were on the ship and enjoying our vacation.

The kids absolutely LOVED the cruise and especially meeting all of the Disney Pals and Princesses. As first-time Disney cruisers, having someone who knew the ins and outs of the experience made such a difference.
